Our hives our found amongst abundant vines which produce varying grapes with distinct, rich and crisp flavours. The journey from grape to bee hive to honey is a journey of mother nature at her most temperate, waiting for rains and/or other factors to break open the grapes in order for our bees to help themselves to nature’s bounty. No human is involved in the process from breaking-open-grape to grape-nectar-gathering to hive-honey-creation. This is a wonder to behold and a sensual taste to encounter with a distinct tartness and echoed grape notes.
